It definitely felt like Fall in our Early Childhood Classroom as many of our new works were centered on the season and the holidays. In practical life, we explored gourd polishing and washers on a mini pumpkin – practicing fine motor skills. Also, sponge squeezing is a work that directly aims to strengthen hand-eye coordination and hand muscles. On the science shelf, we introduced Living and Non-Living. The students also had the opportunity to brush our living class pet, Ruby. In sensorial, our new unit was Big/Little, exploring sizes and distinguishing between small, medium and large.
