Birthdays in the Montessori Toddler Classroom are a big part of our community! The Montessori birthday celebration gives a concrete way for young children to understand the months of the year and the earths revolution around the sun each year. It also is away for children to feel special and to connect with their place in the world. This year, as we celebrate birthdays within our toddler community , the birthday child bakes their own cake to take home and share with their family.
