Here are the highlights from this week in Upper:
1. The quail eggs are due to hatch!
2. The students are learning about coordinate grids. They are working on and finishing their coordinate grid projects this week…..look for them in the hallway!
3. 4th and 5th graders have a field trip to hear about the BG1 community book on November 20th. Please make sure the permission slips get signed. These students will have lunch at school like normal, and the 6th graders will stay at MSBG with a teacher.
4. Curriculum Night and Art Gallery will be on December 4th 6-7:30pm. Come work on classroom materials with your child in Upper. Also, pieces from the art class will be set up in a room at the school for families to check out.
5. We had a Karate teacher give a lesson on respect to our school for Peace Pals.
6. Thanksgiving Feast is upon us. Thank you for everyone who is volunteering to help with our potluck! We are so thankful for you all! Here is our list of things with have, and things we could still use:
