Dear Lower Families,
We have started to see great progression and development across all areas for many of our students! We have introduced our unit on fish onto our Zoology shelf, as well as continuing many individual lessons in both math and language. We have wrapped up our Small Moment unit in Writer’s Workshop and will be starting our new unit on Opinion writing next week.
Looking towards the end of November, we have sent home permission slips to be filled out and returned back to the classroom. On November 20, we will be traveling to the PAC to meet the author of Say What?, Margaret Peterson Haddix, and for our third years, they will be going to Kroger to grocery shop for our Thanksgiving Feast on November 25th. Please make sure all of the permission slips are returned to the classroom.
