We can’t believe it is March already! Our week began with new Practical Life swaddling and diapering a baby doll. These lessons reinforce concentration, coordination and imaginary play. Our new science unit explored food and nutrition; these works include sorting nutrition and non-nutritious foods as well as food groups and insides/outsides of fruits and vegetables. Preparing a Pancake, our next food prep lesson, was an exciting lesson for the students! They practiced tonging, spreading, pouring, cutting and eating! In sensorial, the thin lined cards were added to the geo cabinet and the garlic press was added to transfer water. Our Kindergartners had an amazing field trip to Imagination Station as well, thank you to all the parents who volunteered as drivers and chaperones.
