Students enjoyed working outside yesterday while wearing their funky Montessori Ed Week outfits! They have also enjoyed our new Science unit on circuits! Students have made interesting lie detectors, noise makers, and recording devices. Your children have also been working diligently on their informational writing. We have children working on everything from teen activists to french toast. We also started our new Literature Circle groups this week. Students’ first assignment will be due next Tuesday.
We kicked off Montessori Ed week as a school on Monday with a video by our very own Matthew, Max, and Theo! The video is a wonderful compilation of what makes our school special. Check out the video here 🙂 Thank you, Matthew, Max, and Theo, for your hard work.
Next Wednesday is our Literature Circle sleepover. Thank you so much for signing up to donate items for the event! In less than 24 hours, almost all the slots were filled. You all are amazing! I’m very grateful for our parent community. Attached is an information sheet on the event and a packing list.
