Administrative Assistant
Position Description
We are currently searching for a strong candidate to serve as our Administrative Assistant. This position performs general office duties, maintains employee and student records, provides administrative support, and demonstrates excellence in professionalism.
Position Requirements
Applicant must have a minimum of a high school diploma and experience with office management. Associate degree or equivalent level of education in business or related field preferred.
Education Director
Position Description
The education director oversees all instructional aspects of the school and is responsible for ensuring the professional development and growth of the faculty. The director additionally ensures the integrity of the Montessori philosophy in the classroom as well as extended programs. The director is communicative with parents and guardians with regard to their child’s progress.
This position is full time with flexible scheduling, health & retirement benefits, paid vacation and holidays, sick and personal time along with generous built in time off throughout the year.
Position Requirements
Applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in education or related field and have administrative experience. Qualified individuals must hold a MACTE accredited Montessori credential or be willing to begin Montessori Administrative training within one year of employment (financial assistance is available).

Toddler Teacher – 24/25 School Year
Position Description
We are currently searching for a strong candidate to serve as a Toddler Co-teacher (18 months through 3 years).
Position Requirements
Applicant must have teaching experience and/or licensure for this grade level and/or a bachelor’s degree in education or a closely related field. Applicant must have Infant/Toddler training through a MACTE accredited/AMS affiliated training program or be willing to begin training within one year of employment – tuition assistance is available.
