We continued celebrating Earth Day this week by planting grass. Every student has a cup of grass to water and check on daily. A fun art project was also using our hands as our paintbrushes to fingerpaint an Earth picture. We also used paint and droppers to make a symmetrical butterfly. In Practical Life we had metal pieces to polish and clean! A special red rod extension was shown with our red rods to create a maze that each child had the opportunity to carefully walk through. We had many special adults visiting this week and we hope everyone enjoyed their visit! The children were so proud to show their work to their families.
