This was a short but exciting week. We introduced a new word study unit and are now working with prefixes and suffixes. The students are discovering how affixes added to root words change the meaning of a word.
We had a wonderful trip to the Hayes Museum on Tuesday. The students were able to explore the museum as well as his home.
The teachers are excited to go to Denver and gather new ideas for future lessons. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
