Lower Elementary Families,
This week has been a big push on wrapping up many exciting projects! Third year has been hard at work on their Imaginary Islands, using their amazing creativity to construct an incredible island. Second year is deep in their investigative research on their chosen state and is starting to assemble their posters and reports.
With the end of the year quickly approaching, very few new works are being introduced but many were excited about the I Spy activities that were put on the grammar shelf. This is a fun, creative way where students can find the objects in the books and practice their grammar by writing expressions/sentences in their notebooks.
A yellow piece of paper was sent home on Monday detailing the exciting end-of-year activities that are starting next week! Please reference this sheet for information about the upcoming events and the guidelines for what your child may bring in.
As always, have a great weekend!
The Lower Elementary Team
