December 12, 2025 – Upper Elementary

Here are the highlights from this week:

1. The Homework Project Presentations are going well! We have loved seeing the diverse range of student interests and knowledge. It has also been wonderful to see the growth in presentation skills of our older students who have done many of these projects by now. Check out the projects as they go up in the hallway.

2. MSBG Band students are having a concert this coming Monday, December 15th at 9 am. You are welcome to join and cheer on the students.

3. Many students have been enjoying Order of Operations Challenges and math logic puzzles for choice work.

4. Students are now taking home their Art Gallery pieces that have been in the hallway. So you may see canvas, clay, etc., coming home before Winter Break.

5. Many students have taken an interest in learning about and memorizing the U.S. Presidents throughout history.

6. Friendly reminder for students to bring snow gear daily when it’s needed, and they are welcome to bring an extra fresh set of clothes to keep in their backpacks if items get wet from the snow.
