This week, our toddlers worked on creating Chinese New Year masks! They had so much fun designing their masks while strengthening their fine motor development through hand-eye coordination and dexterity. We introduce children to diverse traditions to help foster respect and cultural awareness.
We also made ice cream outside! Using simple ingredients and mixing tools, the children prepared and enjoyed their own ice cream. Through this hands-on experience, they observed a scientific process as liquid ingredients changed into a solid, exploring cause and effect in a concrete way.
