Happy Valentine’s Day! We reflected on our loving friendships this week and had a lot of festive fun together! Everyone decorated and made a Valentine’s bag for our party to pass out Valentine’s to one another. Our art shelf also had work to create, color, and cut out a valentine to deliver to a friend! Color box 4 was shown from the sensorial shelf, a beautiful two-person work that grades all the colors from dark to light creating a sunburst. We celebrated Valentine’s day with treats, games, and songs! In preparation for the Chinese New Year next week, we have been working on making dragon masks and tails this week for a special parade.
