We began our new science unit this week, Apples! Our students had the opportunity to sort and label different varieties of apples while exploring their nomenclature. Students also had the chance to taste and vote on their favorite apple variety! We also introduced ‘changing a toilet paper roll’ and floor-sweeping for practical life exercises to help them focus on concentration confidence, and independence. The balancing eagle was also added to our peace corner. Adding this will help encourage student concentration and focus.
