We are in the full swing of things in Upper Elementary. It’s been nice getting into a routine and flow. Next Monday, September 18th, we will go on a field trip to Seneca Caverns in Bellevue, Ohio. Seneca Caverns is one of Ohio’s largest underground caverns and one of America’s most fascinating geological wonders! I am very grateful they are opening during the week to give us a school tour!
Next Thursday, September 21st, is the International Day of Peace. We will do a community-building activity with the whole school and then separate into Peace Pal groups. Peace Pals is an incredible MSBG program where older students lead lessons on peace to younger students. Please wear red on September 21st for a school-wide community picture.
Camp Wilson is scheduled for October 23-25.
