What a great week celebrating Fall! The students had the opportunity to explore many different holiday works and practice their fine motor skills and concentration. Works included spider web marble art, painting a pumpkin at the easel, and several harvest lessons that strengthened coordination and concentration. On Monday, the kindergarteners enjoyed a field trip to the Pumpkin Peddler and were able to pick out their own pumpkin, enjoy a holiday treat and explore a hay maze with all their K peers! Our younger students went on a pumpkin hunt on the playground! On Wednesday, we enjoyed our Harvest Party with movement games, art projects, sensory bin exploration, a holiday story with treats, and ended with a fall cupcake. Thank you so much for all the parent volunteers who made these Harvest celebrations so special!
