Early childhood began our week discovering new science lessons, nutrition and leaves and trees. The East class explored types of leaves, labeled parts of a tree, and created beautiful art work with fall colors. West students created a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices and practiced sorting food groups. Polishing gourds was introduced in practical life, and included bumpy and interesting textures to experience! Peace curriculum introduced this week included the finger labyrinth.
East students were introduced to the binomial cube on the sensorial shelf. In West, the triangle box was presented.
We want to sincerely thank families for participating in conferences! It is always a pleasure to share with you what your children have been working on.
