This week was a busy one for our Middle School Classroom! We finished up the Geography unit on Africa with a poste gallery tour of several different nations of Africa. Next on our list is South America.
As the weather cools, we plan to spend more time around our outdoor classroom firepit for Literature discussions and many more, so long as it doesn’t require internet. We are also looking into some elective classes to tie into our classroom microeconomy. For some students, the Math Olympiad and the NaNoWriMo are also approaching quickly. These opportunities allow the students to stretch their math, logic, and creative writing muscles. We are looking forward to what’s coming and sharing with you the progress we make.
