This weeks students started working on a two week long geography project where they construct a market corresponding to nation from around the world. The goal is to learn and better understand the concepts of trade, environmental protections, imports/exports and market design. The lesson is supported with information on national health, culture, and international news. We are also continuing to work with our book buddies bi weekly. Each student has a ‘buddy’ that they read a story book to. This is a great opportunity to connect with other classes and showcase their leadership.
