So much happening in the classroom right now! The culminating activity for the Egypt simmilaton  was full of hands-on activities. Both upper elementary classrooms combined to work at 12 different stations around the room. Some of the activities included; building a pyramid, earth cosmetics, clay cartouche, laundry, and the embalming process. Our Spanish students performed their rendition of “Encanto” for their classmates and in science they experimented with hydrogen peroxide to enact chemical reactions that produce oxygen and water vapor. The results were spectacular.
