The Pink Tower is a traditional Montessori Sensorial work. Through exploration of the pink tower, children begin to understand sequence and order, largest to smallest. Children learn counting from one to ten, from the smallest cube to the largest. The Pink Tower also helps children with visual discrimination. This year several of our toddlers mastered The Pink Tower! This work is expanded on in each level!
As we approach the last week of this school year I want to post again the fun activities for next week!
Tuesday- Favorite Snack Day! Email a picture of your child eating or making their favorite snack, send it to Seth (seth@montessorischoolbg.org), Seth will share the pictures with everyone!
Wednesday- Stuffed Animal Day along with “All Toddler Video Chat” session! On Monday 5/25/20 I will email everyone an invitation to join the video chat. I hope to have all toddlers on the video chat at the same time! Bring your stuffed animal to show your friends on the chat!
Thursday- Special Delivery Day! I will be stopping at all your homes to make a delivery! Please refer to your email for details!
Friday- Summer Send Off Car Parade! Please join us for this fun event that will take place from 3:00-3:30pm at the school parking lot! Teachers will be lined up on the sidewalk (social distancing) ready to safely see you in your cars! I hope you have the opportunity to join us for our last day!
Looking forward to a fun “last week”!
