Our next food preparation-making bean burritos-was explored this week in EC! Students used various kitchen tools to make and eat this delicious meal. This work is a true culmination of our Practical Life works we have been learning all year long. Our classrooms also explored new Science and Geography units on Our World and the solar system. We learned about planets, the sun, constellations, and how our world fits in our universe. On the art shelf, we created our own constellations using foil star stickers. Additionally, we painted craterous moons with foil balls and sparking silver paint! Also in Practical Life, West students enjoyed washing a baby doll.
