This week we continued our polishing skills by polishing a ceramic bunny and an egg. Our next geography unit was a world focus on the continent of Australia. The Estimation Jar was introduced for another mathematical concept of “making your best guess” about a quantity. In movement, we used our sense of touch to match different textures with our sensory circles. Food preparation works this week included peeling and slicing an egg and preparing a pancake to cut and eat! We created watercolor egg patterns in the art using a white crayon for resistance. We ended our week with a fun Egg Hunt and dyed eggs using rice and food coloring. Next week is our school’s Spring Break. Enjoy, and Happy Easter!
