Today we made chocolates for the gala! Mali lead us in how to create and mold each kind of chocolate. We made three different kinds: truffle cranberries, maple fudge with rice crispy, and white and dark chocolate bite with raisins, caramels and coconut. It was a long process to make these delicious treats. We had to melt the chocolate, add the special ingredients, and put them in the mold to cool down. We then popped them out of their molds after they cooled down and neatly arranged them in the box we decorated. We highly recommend buying these lovely chocolates at the gala!
