Spring art projects and new math units were a focus in Early Childhood this week!  The East classroom created colorful rainbow collages on the art shelf.  West students enjoyed creating shamrocks using pepper prints.  Our math shelves were full of hands-on, engaging graphing and measurement works.  Students could choose to graph colors, animals, or cars and extend their learning by creating their own graphs.  Measurement included works such as measuring friends by “feet” and measuring items in the classroom.  In Practical Life, we added watering a plant and also plant washing as care of environment works, and also swaddling a baby doll.  In Sensorial, West added the small hexagon box and East added the trinomial cube.  Our week ended with a fun science experiment, magnetic slime!
