This week we celebrated our 100th day of school! The students brought in collections of 100 items from home to share with their classmates. It is always so exciting to see what everyone chooses! We counted out to 100 in many different ways and explored a special Skittles activity-using 100 of course! Our classrooms also enjoyed preparing for Valentine’s Day by decorating bags to hold our special cards from friends. Students also created Valentine’s in the classroom and delivered them to a friend. Lacing was introduced in EC East as well as the Sensorial unit Baric. In West, Sound/No Sound was explored as well as adding hair accessories to hair care. Both classrooms enjoyed the next food preparation-banana slicing!
