Does a marble dropped from a higher height make a bigger crater in a pool of flour? Exciting projects are happening on kitchen counters everywhere as students explore the scientific method in their homes. One student is observing which evaporates more quickly, salt water or fresh water. Another is creating a rain cloud in a mason jar. Students question, hypothesize and sharpen their skills of observation as they design and report on their at home experiments. It is exciting to see the work from home as the children share their pictures with us.
