Caring for our Earth was our focus in Early Childhood this week. We began studying recycling on our science shelf! Students could sort items into trash or recycling, and learned about items that can be re-used. We celebrated Earth Day by planting grass in individual cups. We will water and care for these and watch them grow. Both classrooms studied the continent of North America this week as well.
