Early childhood continued in the food preparation curriculum this week with egg slicing.  Students used tonging skills to choose an egg, crack and peel it, then use the egg slicer.  Finally, students could enjoy eating!  Also in practical life, students polished a wood and covered eggs with tissue paper.

Additionally, we studied and explored birds in science.  Easter egg watercolor art was explored as well.  Both classrooms enjoyed a special egg hunt on the playground at the end of the week!
Have a wonderful holiday break.  See everyone on Tuesday!
