Early childhood continued in the food preparation curriculum this week with egg slicing. Students used tonging skills to choose an egg, crack and peel it, then use the egg slicer. Finally, students could enjoy eating! Also in practical life, students polished a glass bunny and colored Easter eggs.
Additionally, East studied and explored reptiles in science. In Sensorial, the rectangle box was demonstrated.
In West, Easter egg watercolor art was explored as well as a new science unit studying birds. Both classrooms enjoyed a special egg hunt on the playground at the end of the week!
Have a wonderful holiday break. See everyone on Tuesday!
