We began the week with a new food preparation-egg slicing! Thank you to Miss Bev for donating hard-boiled eggs for the students to peel, slice, and enjoy. Cutting a spring shape was added to our art shelf-continuing to reinforce concentration, coordination, confidence, independence, and fine motor skills. Our new Science unit presented recycling, exposing students to different ways to reuse materials and how we can all be good stewards of our earth. We also planted grass seeds into individual cups to observe and learn about plants! Our Earth Day art perfectly rounded out the week, allowing the students to use their fingerprints to paint the world. Hope you can join us on Saturday at MSBG as we celebrate Earth Day!
