Early childhood smelled amazing this week as the classrooms began a culminating food prep:  making cinnamon bread!  This practical life activity entails measuring, scooping, pouring, whisking, kneading, and stirring.  After each child participates in preparing his or her own personal loaf, the bread is left to rise and finally baked to perfection.  East students enjoyed...
