Because of the rain yesterday, our Carter Farms work brought us inside.  We learned how to pickle different kinds of vegetables.  We had to wash and prepare all the food and measure out the ingredients.  Not all pickling is the same.  We used different recipes that used different vinegar and spices to get different results.
